I have formed my law firm in 2010 and since then I help enterpreneurs with company formation and day to day challenges of business in Poland. My firm was developed from scratch thanks to commitment of me and my team and my blogging activity. My blogs are filled with sometimes unique and valuable legal knowledge but what is more imporatant they help me communicate with enterpreneurs in Poland and all around the world. My legal practise is conducted with sincerity and with respect to my own interests and experience. I believe that only this way I can provide reliable services. I only deal with companies law, law on promissory notes and bills of exchange, civil litigation and fiduciary and trust services.

Promissory notes
We provide representation in court cases arising from promissory notes in all Polish judicial instances. We deal with claims and defend against claims of third parties. We provide consulting services and help to use promissory notes and bills of exchange in Poland.
Company law
We are dealing with company formations and reorganisations providing tailor-made services for our clients. We benefit from experience of dozens of companies we have formed.
Fiduciary services
We provide legal opinions on fiduciary agreements, fundations and trusts. We understand international solutions in this area and we know how to merge them with Polish companies.
Commercial law
We conduct buy and sale transactions of shares and assets, we create and provide opinions for investment agreements, we provide representation in court cases in all court instances in Poland. In white collar criminal cases we offer professional advice and defence of our skilled attorneys.

I deal with management and strategic processes in my law firm. I personally consult all matters relating to company formation and reorganisation, in Poland and abroad. I am also resposible for all fiduciary services. I am interested in world and its diversity, I love to travel and read books about travelling and different cultures. My hobbies include also psychology and legal culture of Islam.
Lech Malinowski
OF COUNSEL
I use my theoretical and practical knowledge in a field of promissory notes to help in court cases arising from promissory notes and bills of exchange for both debitors and creditors. I also conduct seminars on promissory notes law for enterpreneurs and public institutions. Promissory notes are not only my professional, but also private hobby – I collect old securities and visit libraries in search for all literature somehow connected with promissory notes and bills of exchange.

I am the youngest member of the team. I have passed my bar exam in 2018 and became licensed advocate, previously working in Mr. Sarzalski’s law firm as trainee for 3 years. I deal with civil court claims and company formation. I also provide defence in criminal proceedings. Privately I am interested in cynology and cynology law. I am a member of Polish Kennel Club, where I run seminars for dog breeders about legal aspects of dog breeding.Adress:
